I have the same issue. 2 devices are obviously protected, both say: "You are safe. We`re looking out for your device and data". In the Bitdefender Central account, where "My Devices" are listed, there is standing in big green letters: "PROTECTED" only under one of them... ! SO WHY IS THAT ? AND DOES ANYONE FROM BITDEFENDER…
