  • Yes I also got the same here, the thing is that they must apply the same steps like the special function of a specific browser in importing exclusions or any information regarding about the antivirus, lets still hope for the best. 
  • Basically I just restart my router and somehow it works I double check some resources on the internet and they tried to change the DNS to google DNS and the other option is to reset the firewall services.
  • Are you talking about the bitdefender free edition for 2016 ? Can you please try to download this one and update it https://www.bitdefender.com/solutions/free.html, I think this is the 2017 version of bitdefender free edition. Much better also if you fully remove the bitdefender 2015 and then try to install the bitdefender…

  • When I double check the quick scan function of Bitdefender it scans the c:\windows folders and c:\programfiles I also click the quick scan from the Bitdefender homepage but so far no other ongoing issues. Let me now if you have other questions.
