        <description><![CDATA[<p>Is there a way to get a machine to appear on the remote control webpage after removing it?</p>
<p>
Installed Internet Security 2013 approximately three weeks ago.  One machine showed up very fine, everything worked.  The other machine had continuous swirling on the bottom two start buttons. Yes, I clicked on the remove because I assumed, yep assumed, I could easily restore it and perhaps it would work correctly.  I was wrong.  Now only one machine appears and all is well with that machine; however, my machine is no longer there and I would like to know what to do to retore it to that position.</p>
<p>
I tried repairing the application.  That preceeded well and a big update appeared to take place once it completed, but still, only my wife's machine shows up when clicking on the MyBirdefender, then on Dashboard.</p>
<p>
Tech helpers have been informed but time passing by and no further information coming from that resource yet.</p>
<p>
An embarassed new Bitdefender customer here.</p>

Only 2 of these should be there - one for Android phone and one 3 user license of BDAV+2013 that has 480 days left on it which is correct. For the other 16, it shows a license for BDAV+2013 having 114 days left on it. This is either not mine or may have been a result of merging licenses or many reinstalls. Under products, the only license that shows current is the BDAV+2013 with 480 days and 11 days left for BitDefender Mobile. The rest are either expired or invalid.</p>]]>

I have a problem with Remote Control feature:</p>

I only install Bitdefender Internet Security 2013 for 2 Computers (MINHNHUT (windows 8) and THAO (windows 7)), but in list of "Remote Control" appear 3 computers and have 2 computers with same name "MINHNHUT"  <img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6031943/uploads/ipb_attachments/emoticons/default_wacko.png" alt=":wacko:" />. I sure don't have a computer with name "MINHNHUT" run Windows XP (that is problem). How to remove that computer.</p>

I could not find a way to reset/fix it, even logging out/in shows the same. Just to make sure,  I connected also with/without firewalls, no way!</p>
<p>
It seems that page is frozen and is not updated (see e.g. date in product update).</p>
<p>
Only thing that gets updated is days of remaining subscription. </p>
<p>
Is it a bug? Is it bad weather in the cloud?</p>]]>
