        <description><![CDATA[<p>Hi,</p>
<p>
I installed safebox a few days ago but I can't log in.</p>
<p>
I input the same email address and password I used to buy Bitdefender but it doesn't work. I tried logging via Google and it shows "this page can't be displayed". Same with Facebook.</p>
<p>
I tried creating a new account but it just says "Cannot create account". Of course I tried creating this account with the email address that is associated with Bitdefender already because it seems logical that the same email address would be used in Safebox as well.</p>
<p>
I can access Safebox with the browser but I don't think I can add files there.</p>
<p>
Can anyone help?</p>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>I thought this was just a Windows 8 issue, but it appears to be a Safebox issue: If you have 2 computers (Computer A and Computer B ) with Total Security 2014 or 2013 and Safebox activated, the folders can't be accessed. If Computer A has a folder synced to Safebox and Computer B also syncs to that folder, (like the SafeBox Folder), you will get an Access Denied error.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Even when it's "disabled", it still loads DLL's into my browser environments, and still has registry keys in HKLM.  How can I *really* disable or uninstall it?  If I delete the Registry keys will it not load anymore?  What exactly does it change to make browsers add it?</p>

Why do I care?  I don't want to load code I'm not using.  Or else I'm really still using it.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>I installed TS yesterday and everything works as it should. Except for Safebox. I can pull it up fine in my Dashboard. But in the program itself, it will not start.</p>
<p>
If I click on "Manage Folders" I get a pop up "Waiting for Safebox services to finalize configuration". If I view the settings for safebox, it says "You are not logged in. Please login to Mybitdefender to use safebox". This, I can assure you, I am.</p>
<p>
I've already tried a full uninstall and re-install. I've already checked services to make sure what needs to be running is running. I ran windows update. I've rebooted a few times for good measure.</p>
<p>
In my Dashboard, I can actually create a folder, but it will never sync with my PC because my PC doesn't see it. "Autosync" will not stay on, and I do not have the option to add a folder to safebox on my PC.</p>
<p>
Any ideas here please?</p>]]>

I have not yet used any of the SafeBox part of it. I have not even started it. There is no way to turn it off, at least not that I can find. Yet, the Task Manager says SafeBox process is using, at this moment, 10,608K memory. Why? What is it doing? Is there a way to turn it off?</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>The Safebox mobile app for Android devices has developed a problem where it will see the file names on Safebox but they can't be downloaded. The app will not upload a file. It will show success but the file will never appear. </p>
<p>
Possibly related: On the Safebox module at my.bitdefender, the History section will not show some files, and the ones it does all show a date of December 1969.</p>
<p>
Feature Request:</p>
<p>
For the mobile app, a good feature to add would be the automatic upload of camera pictures to a folder designated by the user.</p>]]>

1. Safebox Setting error message is:  "You are not logged in. Please log in to My BitDefender to use Safebox." This is incorrect.  In Account Settings, </p>

I am logged in with my user id and with my Master Password.  When I go to account settings and Safebox setting, the messages displayed there are:</p>
<p>
either (A) "Site is undergoing maintenance," or (<img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6031943/uploads/ipb_attachments/emoticons/default_cool.png" alt="B)" /> (i) Space Available: 0.   You must download the Safebox module or (ii) Upgrade Safebox. and buy</p>
<p>
additional space. This is incorrect I have already installed BD 2014 including the Safebox module which should have 2GB of internal storage.  So, how</p>
<p>
do I fix the problem?</p>

File Encryption issue</p>
<p>
1. I created 2 vaults, A and B. Vault A contains picture files.  Vault B contains nothing.  file Encryption placed a DB icon for Vault A on my W7 Desktop</p>

which I cannot delete because a get an error message that says the file is open in System. When I try to open Vault A from the desktop icon, I get a</p>
<p>
message which says the file is in use by another program.  When I try to open Vault A in the other program, i. e. File Encryption program, I cannot do</p>
<p>
so. Is this program the BD File Encryption?  I want to start over with this program, but I don't know how to delete Vault A and/or Vault B. If I do so will</p>
<p>
I lose the contents of Vault A or are the files in Vault A just copies? I really, really do want to remove the BD Vault A icon from my W7 desktop!   Also,</p>
<p>
the File Encryption setting says there are no vaults installed.and prompts me to add one. So, how do I fix the problem.</p>]]>
