Samsung Galaxy A9+ android support

Samsung model SM-X210, 128 GB Android version 15, Android Security patch level = May 1, 2025

I am attempting to download/install the BD anti-virus included in my BD Ultiimate Security Plus subscription. I continue to receive a message when attempting the download that my device is not supported. A phone call at 11:45am on 11/30/2025 to the technical support link in the US resulted in a response "Not all devices are supported. Thank You." and the call ended.

I am a bit shocked on multiple issues. Mostly, that Bitdefender doesn't support Samsung tablets. I have been a BD user for multiple years and the support has always been courteous and product support has always been available. If it really is not supported, is there an estimated date that support will be available? I believe I am at the highest level of the product for consumers, with multiple devices available on my subscription for support.

Please advise … what do I do next?
