Bitdefender Ultimate Security Scam Protection doesn't show verified links

The AI powered scam protection window of BD ultimate on windows shows per last month :
"256 mails verified" "0 links verified" "0 possible phishing"

While on my android it shows:
"256 mails verified" "27,4K links verified" "2 possible phishing"

In the past first it showed on windows also K links and later 0 links; support told me to re-install BD. Then it showed K links but now again it shows "0 links"

Has someone another solution then always re-installing?

Well, this is not something that anyone on the Bitdefender community forum can help you with, as far as I know. This will have to go through Bitdefender support only.

After retrying BD (and re-starting the PC) 10 times now it shows "27,4K links verified". This means windows scam protection UI is not stable.
