Installation Problem

Hello.


I have been using BitDefender for a long time. And this problem never occurred.


So I wanted to test the new BitDefender total security 2011 for 30 days, but as the topic title says I have installation problems...I can't install it.


When select the "I want to evaluate BitDefender for 30 days." option and pres next, It brings me to the registration step. And here is where the "magic" happens. It requires me to create a new account or sign in to a previous account. No matter what I do create a new or sign in to an old acc, when I pres the submit button this message comes up:


"The licence key you have entered is not valid. If you purchased this key you can contact Customer Support to get help with this issue"


I don't know what to do anymore...


I hope we can find a solution for my problem

    Hello,


    I located an account already created and activated associated with your Forum email account. Please provide me with the following information:


    - when have you installed BitDefender the very first time;


    - a screenshot of the error message you receive;


    - VIA PM (Private Message) ONLY: the license key you use when trying to register BitDefender.
