[resolved]problems With Registration

Just bought this software and was hoping to get one which actually works.

After Bit defender asked me to uninstall my old antivirus and disable windows defender i have entered the code that came with e-mail after my purchase. After I entered the code it said:

Current Licence Key Information

Expires in:365 Days

Licence Key: xxxxxxx (my key)

This is a valid, full licence

however after i proceed to activate online features and try to create a new account it says to me that the Licence key i have entered is NOT valid.

Please help. I need a working anti-virus asap.
