Problem With System Restore ! & 5 Thing Other

hi
after download this version hardly with slow connection and with a very bad installation and very hard activate !
1. i cant restore my pc (system restore disabled )
2. now i cant download with idm
3. auto scan & update disable automatically !
4. auto pilot don't work
5. safe go doesn't work !
6. download without idm work with delay

What BitDefender product you installed ? Have you used 2011 or another version before installing 2012 ? What Windows are you using ? Do you have the Paranoid Mode enabled for Firewall within BitDefender ?

You are reporting issues that are already escalated for resolution.1. i cant restore my pc (system restore disabled );
- why do you believe this is related to BitDefender ?
- what exactly is happening for you not to be able to use the system restore?2. now i cant download with idm;
- you can't download at all or you download with a single connection ?
- any error message when trying to download?3. auto scan & update disable automatically !
- this is happening when you enable Firewall "Paranoid Mode" and it's a known issue about to be resolved in the next days to come;4. auto pilot don't work;
- you can't enable it because you have the Paranoid mode set to ON and since the Auto Pilot is the opposite of the Paranoid mode, you can't have both enabled in the same time.5. safe go doesn't work !;
- more details ? I can't help you if you provide such poor details about the issues you encounter.6. download without idm work with delay;
- define delay;
- what browser are you using;
- the download issue occurs on all browsers?;
Also please provide me with the following information:
- have you used a previous Bitdefender product before installing 2012?;
- if yes, how you made the upgrade to the latest version;
- any other security solutions installed on the same PC?;

thank u for ur late help i just removed my bitderfender internet security 2012 (with 6 month ) and install comodo internet security with best services
