Hello!
You use somehow, Internet Download Manager?
Believe me, please, that my web pages load problem was solved after I unchecked, the IDM, advanced browser integration.

go to settings -> privacy control -> toolbar functions, disable all functions. I did that and wallaa now my browsing back to normal. Or you can just go search around these forums and find some tips, if i'm not mistaken, there was a post by a user telling how to edit the core.http.xml so that the toolbar functions and link scanning function can be disabled forever, because that was the reason why the browsing speed was reduced. Sorry, my english ######, i know.

Hello, once try by turning off BitDefender Firewall(Do not forget to enable it later). If problem is not solved after this, please wait for Official BitDefender staff to reply. Thank You

To disable advanced browser integration, just go to your IDM, click on the 'Options' and just uncheck 'use Advanced browser integration' box. That is if u have Internet Download Manager (IDM) installed in your pc, if not try browsing links in this thread: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=29548
