always says no internet connection ... while im connected and using internet

    Please let us know how you are accessing internet means its direct connection or through any proxy .


    if using through proxy please do setting in bit defender .

    Please connect the cable directly into you network card and complete the registration.


    After that, you can connect your router back. I think you have a firewall on that router that is blocking the activation server.

    Please click on Start -> Run


    Type cmd and press Enter.


    In the Command Prompt window type this command.



    ping lv2.bitdefender.com



    Make a screenshot of that window and post it in your next reply.

    1. When the window is on the screen please press the "PrintScreen" key ("PrintScreen" is located at the top of the keyboard, at right. At this step we can not see anything, as the picture is copied into Windows's clipboard)


    2. Open a graphic editing application (We recommend using the standard Paint program, that comes with every Windows installation (Start > Program > Accessories > Paint))


    3. Paste the picture in a new Paint document;


    4. Save the file in JPEG format (BMP format is too big to send by e-mail)


    5. Attach the screenshot in your next reply.
