Bitdefender Says Invalid License

I got 1 year key of bitdefender internet security 2012 on 14 may. Now when I installed it on windows 7(x86) after installing and updating it says invalid key


Please help me :blink:

    I purchased BDIS 2012 through flipkart.com.


    Below are the details -


    1- Order ID = OD20602111148 . Purchased through flipkart.com.


    2- Gaurav Chaudhary, Email used - gaurav_all@live.com


    3- Product - Bitdefender Internet Security 2012.


    4- Order was made on - 2nd june. recieved the product on 5th june.


    5- country - India


    6- S.No. of the box it was packed in - V-12.X/1 , TTKD211455


    I was using Windows 7 (not updated to SP1) when i installed the key for the first time....then i checked the compatablity of the product and it was compatible with Win7(SP1), then I updated my windows to SP1, but even after installing SP1 its showing as invalid key :(


    I have send the KEY to your PM . Please check and help me .

  • I also am having the same problem. First I called customer support and they told me that i needed to contact the seller and have them give me a new key. I called the seller and they said that they cannot issue a new key, so I should contact the manufacturer again. I called again, but held for so long that I decided to send an email. I sent an email to support on Saturday night, and have yet to hear back from someone. I have been a MacAfee user for years and have never had this kind of issue happen! Very disappointing first experience.
