Laptop Mode Detection Problem

today i hve installed the bitdefende internet security 2013 .....when i turn off my power supply then bitdefnder automatically came in laptop detection mode ..........after that i restared my laptop and insert the power supply then it didn't came in normal mode..and when i manually make autopilot ON then it always switch off and message cam that 1 issue is pending ur on acess scanning is OFF..when i try to fix it then it says failed to fix the problem...........i hve repair the bitdefedner aand also uninstall an reinstall it but this problem came again and again..........i am going to send the log generated by the bitdefender tool to u ...plz check it ..this time solve this problem ...bcoz last year this problem was there and is not solved by u......

I also got the same problem. Because of this, my laptop was infected by a virus too... I had to do a fresh installation of windows and now this problem is OK though there is a small problem with the laptop mode and the autopilot mode.
Hope u will get a better solution than resintalling windows...0 -

A product update was released. Your build should be 16.18.0.1406(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).
In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
