Poor Customer Support

Since I bought and installed IS 2008 I cannot access the web page from my modem/router anymore.


I tried different settings without success and posted a request for help to customer support.


Beside a first quick answer it stays quite. No news from customer support.


I'm waiting now almost one week for a reply.


And still the IS 2008 is blocking the access to my modem.


Lots of promises but .... NOTHING


I cannot be so difficult. I did not had this issue with the IS version 10 I of which I had the trial installed.


A very disappointed customer.

    Did you try to add the router to the Trusted zones in BD Firewall?


    Bitdefender Security Center -> Settings -> Firewall -> Zones -> Add zone.


    Enter the IP address of your router, select Trusted and press OK.


    Please post if this solves your problem.

  • On a few occasions Tech Support took 3 days to write back.

  • I have tried everything. Including router in safe zone, switching off firewall, ........


    Technical and customer support are now already taking more then a month to reply ! ! !


    This really ###### ! ! !


    The only thing that works is the version 10 Trial I have installed now.


    But this is not a real solution because I have no licence key for this.


    I'm really unhappy with IS 2008 and I will not recommend it to anybody !
