Will Not Complete A Full Scan

The second time in less than five months BitDefender has become a problem for me. Different story, however. I've been a loooong time customer and am getting frustrated with it.


Quick scan works. Full scan fails. I am PM'ing Support Log to Christian.

    A product update was released. Your build should be 16.20.0.1483(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).


    In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).

    No, not resolved at all. Just a complete disappointment with re-newal in 2 months. Not happy. I left a full scan on overnight only to find it had completely disappeared. No record of scan. Also, it went from auto-pilot mode to user mode and will not switch back. I'm about to reboot to get it to go back. BitDefender used to be a trouble free obvious product to buy. In 2 months I am very likely not to be a BitDefender customer any longer.


    Please help.


    EDIT: Honestly this is just a pain. Even after re-boot this program will not allow me to switch it to auto-pilot again.

    Okay, now this "program" has made me report a critical error/bug through the panel. I sent the report via the panel and asked it to restart and it is in autopilot mode but will not do a full scan.
