Can't Activate My Bitdefender 2013
I bought this product in Aug. (Bitdefender Total Security 2013) Tried unsuccessfully to activare/register.
Symptoms:
1. Open my window, click at 30days, to activate, new window opens, enter my key, then "You're all set! Your product has reg successfully". Close the window, nothing changed. Try again and again, Reboot, nothing changed
2. Tried to login to MyBitdefender using my google account. Error: "Bitdefender error. Your internet connection has time out causing the authentication to fail..."
click OK then Successfully "You are logged in as username@gmail.com" . Try to register again, nothing happens.
3. Update does not work.
Can somebody Help Me Please ?

Similar issue here too ....
I purchased Total Security 2012 in May 2012 and have 980 days subscription remaining. I just tried upgrading to Total Security 2013 via the free upgrade option on the BD website ( http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?act...f=241&id=42 ).
After successfully following the simple steps (download the uninstall tool ....) I now find that Bitdefender Total Security 2013 tells me that my Bitdefender license is invalid.
Help!

I did not got this problem as i purchased bdis 2012 today and inserted that key in bdis 2013 it register me successfully.

I have the "Your Internet connection has timed out..." issue too.
I've tried to PM Christian but the system says he either has his messenger disabled, or he's in a member group that's not allowed to use it!
