I've forgotten my password! Can you please send me the password reset tool? Thanks in advance!

    I am new to this forum so here goes. I also have forgotten my password used for preventing changes in my bitdefender total security 2012. Now I cannot change any setting for virus scan, firewall, etc... Is there a reset tool ? thank you
