Bdis 2013 Showing Key As Invalid

I installed BDIS 2013 and entered the key for BDIS 2012, it didn't accept the key told that it is not able to connect to internet.

It neither connects to My Bitdefender account, but the funny thing is that it is downloading updates and installing them.

Same happened to my another computer which is 32 bit, when I was updating its BDIS 2012 to 2013.

Also, now even BDIS 2012 is not accepting that key.

Earlier BDIS 2012 was working fine, but now I stand unprotected. Help me!!!

My license is 3 PC / 1 year, and I have still 180 or something days left.

My country of purchase and residence in India.

Try to address the problem ASAP.
