The chance is very high that keygens and cracks are infected which could be case in your situation when I take a look at your screenshot. What vlad mentionned was that the installer wasn't detected.

No2 the keygen and crack is Safe has been scanned by my Bitdef AV anyway the file i accesed is The System Mechanic Pro7.exe i already try download from Iolo for trial but still can't install and detected as malware, if you wanna try download system mechanic pro 7 from iolo software surely it'll detected as Malware thanks

Please upload here your System Mechanic Pro7.exe, in an archive with the password infected. We'll see what's wrong there.

BD doesn't detect any files from the attached kit. It is possible that the FP has already been removed. If the file is still detected by BD, please specify the name of the file and the detection name.
