Bitfender Is Crap!
I have had to resort to this method of contact as since March this year I've had a continual problem with virus and updating issues about two weeks into purchasing and installing this piece of TAT!
On numerous occassions I have been told my machine is virus free and made to feel like I'm lying, stupid and annoying all just because I I want what I paid for "The Best Security on the Market" Which I've found to my detriment Bitfender and it's Customer Service skills and staff definately are not!!!
I am still waiting since 10th October for a response from me sending in 3 logs to a "Cloud space" where apparently their Top Tier Technical Team would get sort it out.... but still no word!!!
I've tried contacting by webchat and noone ever anwers me. I've left messages and again no response
So Yes my username does exactl what it says on the tin.... whereas Bitdefender definately DOES NOT!!!
I am going to see this one through to the end out of morbid curiousity and all my experiences will be getting plastered all over any/all social network platforms and Software recommendation forums I will find .... so it's up to you Bitdefender... who do you want this story/saga to end on a public platform??
