Serial Is Invalid ?

i have bought BITDEFENDER IS 2013.when i am installing serial key a message appears showing that this is not valid key .can any body help me from this situation.

Hi, Why there is a differentiation in product made, Indian version & for Other countries? Is the Indian version are not comparably strong as US or other countries have? Please reply. Thank you.
