Security Widget - Key Is Invalid

I recently installed TS 2013 on my PC running XP sp3. The installation seemed to go ok and now when the security widget is shown it displays a message that my key is invalid and has a hyperlink to activate now. When I click on the link, my key is shown and is indicating it is a full active license with 364 days to go. HOw do I correct this?


Also, earlier in the year I had a trail version installed of BD with a password. I had previously uninstalled the trial version. Now that I have a full version installed, it has picked up the old password of which I do not recall what it was. Can you please tell me how I can reset?

    Yes, I tried to running the Repair utility. No change.

  • I sent you the link via PM a number of weeks ago Christian. Still no update? Now, I am having issues with "Bitdefender Services are loading now, please wait." Nothing but problems since I purchased this software package. I just want it to work instead I get next to no service for a product that has not worked since I paid my money.
