Unable To Upgrade Bdts2012 - 2013

I ve successfully installed Bitdefender total security 2012 and everything works fine but am not able to upgrade the pack to 2013 as it keeps forgetting my keys and if i try to enter it says invalid key. i ve tried both the methods but still it does not work. need help :(
