every time when new version of bitdefender total security 2013 released my bitdefender can not update to new version for example my current version is 16.26.0.1739 and I can not update to new one 16.27.0.1763


update give me error during update (error code :-1017 ) >>>>>>>>>>> I am sad :(:(:(

    I can't find any documentation regarding that error code. can you try doing the updating at safe Mode with Networking? Also, try to turn off Windows firewall while doing that. smile2.png

    Have you got to be logged in as Admin to allow changes to BD?

    Please give me more details about your internet connection. Are you using a proxy?

    All the security solutions are completely disabled in Safe Mode with Networking, so you won't be able to update Bitdefender.


    @ NumbNutz :


    You can not modify the Bitdefender settings on a restricted Windows profile.
