I think you need to be a bit more specific. When you say black list, do you mean black list IPs or softwares?

To add to the Blacklist, would be done via MyBitdefender.com log-in , or at the top right of the main BD UI, MyBitdefender. Then Parental Control (needs to be activated/set up) Web, then that will open the Web page settings page.
