'contact Support' - Now What Happens?
I have various problems after installing Bitdefender for the first time. Within Bitdefender, I used the 'Help and Support' > Contact Support' wizard to get my problems resolved. I got a message to say that a file has been created on my desktop, which it has.
So now what happens? Has the file been sent to BD? Do I need to send the file to someone? Who?
