Installation Crash
I've just downloaded the trial version of Bitdefender Total security 2013.When I launch the application it says me "There is an
incompatibility application please unistall it and install bitdefender,cliock to the green button to do this " .I haven't antivirus but I pushed the green button to install Bitdefender but anything happens.How to install this antivirus?

Post here the snapshot of that message. Do you have installed Hot-Spot Shield software?

You have to uninstall this for the proper installation of Bitdefender. Once the Bitdefender is installed , you can re-install Hotspot without any problem.0 -
