Bitdefender Not Blocking The "non Allowed Words"

Hi there,


I have Bitdefender Internet Security 2013 and I have tried to use and check the "PArental Control" feautre, and it is not working.


I have selected as peripheral my Computer and a user I have on it, and defined the word "###e" as non-allowed ... but when I log in with this user and typing "###e" I am getting results !!


Should that not be blocked ?

    Obviously the parental control isn't parsing your ###e properly. Have you got Bitdefender on your computer set to automatically sign into my.bitdefender.com? I think it needs that to be connected to the dashboard and parental control.

    YEs because when I click the Bitdefender icon on the bottom right corner it tells me about how ,uch days my license is still active, so I thinl I AM connected !
