Bd Survey?
So I had a pop up this morning about a BitDefender survey. It takes you to
http://bitdefender.fen.sgizmo.com
I am wondering if this is a legit survery or not? I've never heard of sgizmo.com before.

It comes up as a clean site, but I've never seen that before from Bitdefender. Anything that wants me to log in without a previous password is pretty troubling to me. I would submit this to BD and have them take a look at it: http://www.bitdefender.com/site/Main/autom...SampleUploader/ See also: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=50194
Good call in bringing this to our attention, scottyp.0 -

Oh, sorry. It doesn't come up with a login page, it comes up with a survey. http://bitdefender.fen.sgizmo.com/s3 was the full link. Missed part of my copy paste. xD
Just wasn't sure if it was them or something else. It was a big pop up that took up like 1/3 of my screen, which I think is kind of annoying.0 -
That make a whole world of difference, yes, that is the normal Bitdefender survey. I take those once in awhile too (i.e. when I've uninstalled BD for various reasons) Fill it out, not a problem, they appreciate it. Thanks for your follow up post. By the way, welcome0

Thanks for the reply. I was just worried because it took me to a place other than bitdefender.com.
I haven't uninstalled BD at all, but I did a complete wipe and fresh OS install back in December, I guess ~3.5 months is enough time for a survey to pop up0 -
lol, yes, it took BD awhile to realize it had been wiped off the map, and to phone home for a survey as to why it was wiped out of existence ("uninstalled").
edit: you're welcome0
