Bitdefender Window Not Shoing :(

hi

i am a new user of bitdefender i have installed Bitdefender Total Security 2014 for the very first time

installation done well but after that when ever i try to open bitdefender by clicking on the "B icon" it dose not open

but when i restart my laptop it dose open for once but after colsing the window it dosn't work again till i restart the laptop once again

the widget is in the disktop and i can see it's showing two events but when i click on it to see what itz

it dosn't open anything

i have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it twice but the problem is stell there

Bitdefender window or dashboard is not showing up when i try to open it

please do help me i really want to use this program after reading alot about it

bty i am using windows7ultimate 64bit
