Password To Change Technical Settings, I Reinstalled But Password Remains
I had the trial version on Total and made the purchase but could not remember what password I used for the General settings. I have removed and re-installed three times to no avail. I am sure its user error. I opened a ticket but have yet to receive a response. I even tried to Live chat and know one was available. Please assis t ASAP.

Unfortunately there is not an easy way to find or reset the GUI password, reinstalling doesn't work, you do have to contact Bitdefender by one of the following methods -

Email: http://www.bitdefender.com/support/contact-us.html
You say that you have sent an e-mail contact? You should at least get an automated reply to say they have received it, if not try again just in case it went astray.
