Promised 16 Months, Actually Only Got 12

i recently signed up for a a further deal on Bitdefender after umming and arring whether i was going to continue with BD and so contacted customer services and was offered a deal based on the time i have been with you guys and various other things.... so i took the offer and have only been given 365 days (12 months) and not the agreed 16 months. I have contacted customer services and receive no reply. <img class=" />:wacko:

    Nothing can be done on the forum with the exception that someone from Bitdefender sees this and follows it up. If you contacted BD Support you should have had an automated reply with a ticket number, if so please post that reference as it will help them to look up your problem.

    I purchase a lifetime license. So I save money for yearly fees. It is a better deal
