Custom Task Freeze

Hello,


I've bought BD internet security and when I want to edit or create a new custom task, the bitdefender dialog freezes. I am running windows 7 64 bits, and bd build 18.19.0.1369. Did a repair but the problem persists.


Anyone knows how to fix that?

    Hiya lollipop,


    I have just set up and run a custom scan on my Win 7 computer, no problems, no freezes. You should update and reboot your computer as the present version is 18.20.0.1429.

    OK then, a general question- are you running any other security software? Not just an antivirus but antimalware (such as MBAM) or anti-adware and anti-spyware, if so uninstall them and try again.

    Hi Ro,


    It's a brand new hard disk with just Windows 7 installed and I've disabled Windows defender and firewall.
