Hey, I have old activation cod for bit IS, I try to use it on bit IS 2016 but its not working can someone help me please.

yes. dont worry. they will never respond. my ticket 2015102705130002 regarding same issue is not even acknowledged. regret my decision to swicth to bitdefender from kaspersky. i never been frustrated in my life this much. what a dumb purchase i made using my hard earned money!!!.
