Hiya carlosbsi70,
There is a somewhat related thread here where someone couldn't access outlook.com, he found that disabling SSL scanning solved the problem (GUI>Web Protection>uncheck "Scan SSL"). If that is so for you then my post #4 from that thread offers a way around it to keep SSL scanning on other sites.

Hello,
I have the same problem with Outlook / Hotmail. I have added both website addresses to the whitelist as instructed and saved before closing. Yet, Bitdefender keeps denying access to those sites despite having been successfully added to the Whitelist. The only way to reach Outlook is by disabling the Scan SSL option which I obviously don't want to do.
I believe Bitdefender needs to fix this urgently on their end. There is no reason whatsoever common and well-known sites such as Outlook should be blocked in the first place. It is quite simply absurd. I need to have access to my mail several times a day and I want this to work as it did before yearend when problems started.
I expect rapid and effective feedback from Bitdefender.
Thank you

Hello friend,
Have you checked to Login to Any Hotmail App or not? Click here to download Hotmail Mobile App for your Mobile.
Please check once on App
If still it does't work then, you can install bit defender and disabling the Scan SSL.
Thank You.
