Exclusion not working

in Bitdefender antivirus for mac


I am using Parallels 14 on my Imac. Installed is the latest version of Antivirus for Mac (Dutch). I have added Parallels Desktop to files allowed within Safe Files. The windows software is than working. But often, ig after restarting the imac, it wont work. Parallels Desktop is than missing in the list Safe Files exclusions. After adding Parallels Desktop to the exclusions list windows softwari is again working. Untill Bitdefender again 'forgets' Parallels Desktop.

    This is a known issue and we are currently working on a permanent fix. Meanwhile, please try the workaround below:


    - add Parallels as Allowed to Application Access and apply changes


    - remove Parallels from Application Access and apply changes


    - add again Parallels as Allowed to Application Access and apply changes
