Why does it show my devices "AT RISK" on my account when they are functioning normally individually?

My account with Family Pack has 12 devices....phones, laptops, desktops, tablets. IT shows 6 of them as "AT RISK" even though their individual dashboards say they are functioning normally and everything is safe. I try to keep everything working properly, but BD makes this very hard to do...any suggestions?????

Suggestion does not help. BD support is rarely helpful.
Well sorry to say but in this case only bitdefender support can help since it is a backend/ website issue.
