Problem with license renewal

I entered an activation code to extend my current license. I was given 2 choices and chose a new license. The new license is only for 342 days even though I just entered it today. Help

I tried renewing my current license, which expires on 12/31/20. I was given two choices. New license or extend license until 12/20/21. This is inly 354 days. Not sure who to contact.
