This has happened to me too as of today. Not very happy tbh, and I can't find anything anywhere about this.
The TS manual still refers to it as an included feature, so what gives?

I don't know. The feature seems to have just disappeared with no warning. Bitdefender have abandoned these forums so we may never know what's up.
