Spy Pixel insertion in emails

Can Bitdefender do anything to protect against the insertion of these spy pixels in emails which are activated as soon as you open the email. ie: before you get to check it and report it as spam it has already worked out a lot about you which you would probably not want to expose.

  • They could fork an open source email client and integrate it into the identity protection thing they are trying to push or make an extension for outlook and the apple mail app.

    The fork of a FOSS app makes more sense to me because they would have more freedom to change stuff and really tightly integrate it with the AV protection, but it could really make people see the value of privacy protection.
