Second computer unable to access Internet - can't see network

Trying to add another computer to Bitdefender, but the second computercan no longer "see" my network. Thus, this second device cannot access the Internet (or the link to be added.) Help!

    Open Settings
    Click Network and Internet
    Click Network troubleshooter
    Wait for it to detect problems - Additional help: Click I'm trying to reach a specific website or folder on a network Next: Enter a familiar website like Bitdefender

    If that does not work, try this:

    Open Settings
    Click Update and Security
    Click Troubleshoot
    "oh shoot settings just crashed ignore this"
    Click Additional Troubleshooters
    Click Internet Connections desc:"Find and fix problems with connecting to the internet or to websites"
    Wait some time...
    Click troubleshoot my connection to the internet
    Wait some time...
    I hope your problem is fixed now.
