Exploit attempt blocked

Hello,
I am currently receiving countless notifications stating that:

An attempt to access your device by exploiting a vulnerability was made by xxx.xxx.x.x. We blocked the connection to prevent the attacker from gaining access over your data and system resources.
The IP address shown is my own, so I wanted to know if it is actually a threat (and what can I do) or is it some configuation issue

  • I am getting the same message over and over again. It is basic preventing the normal use of my PC because the notifications keep popping up every few seconds.
