Safepay greys out some banks

I've managed to setup safepay to open all of my bank accounts bar one. I've managed to add the bank as a bookmark which shows on the splash screen with its icon but when I try to launch the bank I can see it on the screen and then a semi opaque shield covers the page stopping me from entering my login details and I'm forced to open in an unprotected webpage.

Is there a workaround? Thanks
