Vulnerability scan reports already installed updates

BD Total Security, windows 10:

BD vulnerability scan continues to report two windows updates required. Windows update says I'm up to date, and the two updates are listed in the windows installed update list.

Vulnerability popup has downloaded the two updates, however when the INSTALL UPDATES button is selected, BD just recycles after a few seconds back to the INSTALL UPDATES page. Every time I run the Vulnerability Scan, it does the same thing, noting the same two installed updates.
