bitdefender server address for setting up vpn on windows 10

apoligies but I can't find this info. it may be a stupid question but I'm getting error code whenever I try to use the vpn and I believe I have to set it up as a network connection by using the 'add new vpn'. however one of the ting I need apparently is:

In the Server name or address box, enter the address for the VPN server.

and, try as I might, I can't find this info anywhere. it would see to be obvious by the way it's mentioned. am I being stupid?

I asked the same earlier with support because I wanted to be sure I was safe and private, due to moms husband illegally snooping/spying on me. As my understanding once you complete proper installation you should be good to good not having to make a vpn profile for windows. this is from tech support what they said to me, but if you know of somethihng else please do share
