On Bitdefender for Mac Free version, there is no option to connect to central. It works without login. You can visit Bitdefender central manually by visiting central.bitdefender.com

Because the company has made those product like that. There was once a time when bitdefender used to provide chrome & firefox extension of Bitdefender Quick Scan which used to scan your PC for common areas where virus could attack. It also did not needed any central account. As of today, those extension are no more available. So it is totally up to development team.

For the MacFree version, BitDefender does not have an option to connect to the hub. It works without access. You can manually access the BitDefender Center by going to Central.bitdefender.com.
