Set encryption password

Hi, I'm encrypting computers on my network through the Gravity Zone portal. One particular computer said the Task was finished but on the computers screen was a popup saying "Set encryption password" It is an HP Elitebook G7. I've done dozens of these and have never seen this message. Is there any way to get this machine encrypted without having to manually enter a password?
