Threat name Gen:Variant.Genie.212

Hello,

Bitdefender Total Security detects threats on my system. More precisely, it detects it in the exe file in my stock software, which I have been using for over 10 years and regularly update. The creators of the stock software claim that it is not a virus and that their software is clean.

Does anyone know what "Gen:Variant.Genie.212" is?
