Before running it on my system, I wanted to consult your expertise:

* Does Bitdefender flags this tool or its behavior during execution?

It's always a good idea to check before installing something like this. I'm not a big fan of such utilities, but I'll try to be on point here. The thing is, as forum members we cannot reliably confirm that a program is “safe” based only on its name. The verdict depends on the exact installer, version, download source, digital signature, file hash, and behavior at runtime. Based on my findings, Camomile is publicly presented as an Outbyte Windows utility for monitoring temperatures and reducing system load/CPU temperature, and it seems fine, but that alone should not be treated as a security guarantee.

My recommendation would be to download it only from an official source or Microsoft Store, not from third-party mirrors or driver optimizer bundle websites. Make sure to scan the installer with Bitdefender before running it. You can also check the file’s digital signature and make sure it matches the expected publisher. In the event Bitdefender detects something, do not bypass the alert immediately. Take a screenshot, note the detection name, and submit the file or URL to Bitdefender Labs for analysis here.
