Defender Was Deactivated While Open A Web App In Interdev Via Vpn
Does anyone enconter this issue?
After I connected with VPN and open a web application in VS Interdev, then open one of the file, BitDefender is immediately deactivated. It asks to "... Servisec not responding. Please restart the computer...", also there is a message of "Install updates and then shut down your computer." attached over shut down icon.
Thanks in advance!

Hello weiping,
When you will receive the "BitDefender Services Are Not Responding" message again please follow the step bellow:
1. Save the tool from the next link on your Desktop:
http://www.bitdefender.com/files/Knowledge...ile/sysdump.exe
2. Run it and you will notice that a command prompt window will appear on your screen.
3. Please note that the information gathering process can take a several minutes therefore please wait until the command prompt window disappear by itself. The output of this tool is a new file called sysdump.tar placed in the same location with sysdump.exe
4. After the file is generated please upload it on:http://www.sendspace.com/ then send me a PM with the download link .
